Training

Training is designed to improve your fitness level for the purpose of improving your ability to perform a given sport. Training smart versus training hard will help you to limit injuries, enjoy your training sessions and share your experience with other team members. Our professional coaches are here to guide you and offer you advices that we help you to progress faster and achieve your racing goals through an adapted program.

BICYCLE SCHOOL



The latest project from TTCT is a “Bicycle School” based on French Bicycle School programs and open for riders from all age and level. Riding a bicycle seems easy but doing it safely and confidently needs to be learned!

The bicycle school aims to develop your bicycle handling skills by a series of technical exercises to learn how to control your bicycle and improve your confidence on the bike.

The sessions are 1h30 and take you through a series of exercises to work on your technique, breaking skills, body agility and general handling skills.

Bicycle school is free for members and open to people outside the club for a fee of THB 150 per session of THB 500 for 4 sessions. For more information you can contact Laurent at l.opportune@yahoo.fr.
